١. من نحن1. Who we are

«مقاولون» (Moqawelon) تطبيق وموقع من تطوير وتشغيل Spacetech-KW في دولة الكويت. يساعد المقاول وفريقه وعملاءه (ملّاك المنازل) على متابعة المشاريع: التقدم والدفعات والفواتير والمخططات والموافقات والمحادثات.

Moqawelon (مقاولون) is an app and website built and run by Spacetech-KW in the State of Kuwait. It helps contractors, their teams and their clients (home owners) follow building projects: progress, payments, bills, plans, approvals and chat.

نحن نشغّل الخدمة. أما بيانات عملاء كل مقاول ومشاريعه فيتحكّم بها المقاول نفسه ضمن شركته.

We run the service. The clients and projects inside a contractor's company are controlled by that contractor.

٢. البيانات التي نجمعها2. The data we collect

• الحساب: الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور (تُحفظ مشفّرة ولا يستطيع أحد قراءتها) ورقم الهاتف والصورة الشخصية واللغة (اختيارية حسب الحقل).
• الشركة: اسم الشركة وبيانات التواصل ورقم الترخيص وصورته إن رفعها المقاول للتحقق.
• العملاء: الاسم والهاتف والبريد والعنوان، والرقم المدني وصورة البطاقة المدنية إن أدخلها العميل أو المقاول.
• المنازل والمشاريع: الاسم والعنوان ورقم القطعة والقسيمة والرقم الآلي (PACI) وقيمة العقد والجدول الزمني.
• المحتوى الذي ترفعه: الصور والفيديو والمخططات والعقود وملفات PDF والفواتير والدفعات والمحادثات والتعليقات والملاحظات الخاصة والتقييمات.
• سجل الموافقات: عند موافقة العميل أو رفضه لطلب تغيير نسجّل القرار والاسم الذي كتبه والوقت وعنوان الشبكة (IP) ونوع الجهاز، ونختم السجل حتى لا يُعدَّل لاحقاً.

• Account: name, e-mail, password (stored scrambled, nobody can read it), phone number, profile photo and language, depending on the field.
• Company: company name, contact details, and the licence number and photo if the contractor uploads them for verification.
• Clients: name, phone, e-mail, address, and the civil ID number and ID card photos if the client or the contractor enters them.
• Houses and projects: name, address, block and plot numbers, PACI number, contract value and schedule.
• Content you upload: photos, videos, plans, contracts, PDF files, bills, payments, chat messages, comments, private notes and reviews.
• Approval record: when a client approves or rejects a change request we store the decision, the name typed, the time, the network (IP) address and the device type, and seal the record so it cannot be changed later.

لا نستخدم إعلانات، ولا أدوات تتبّع أو تحليلات، ولا نجمع موقعك الجغرافي، ولا نصل إلى جهات اتصالك أو ألبوم صورك. نصل فقط إلى الصور والملفات التي تختارها بنفسك.

We use no ads, no tracking or analytics tools, we do not collect your location, and we do not read your contacts or photo library. We only receive the photos and files you choose yourself.

٣. كيف نستخدم البيانات3. How we use the data

• لتشغيل الخدمة: تسجيل الدخول، وعرض المنازل والدفعات والملفات والمحادثات للأشخاص المصرّح لهم فقط.
• لحفظ دليل واضح على الموافقات والتغييرات بين المقاول والعميل.
• لإرسال التنبيهات المتعلقة بمشروعك.
• لحماية الخدمة من الاستخدام الخاطئ ومن الدخول غير المصرّح به.

• To run the service: sign you in and show houses, payments, files and chats to the people allowed to see them, and nobody else.
• To keep clear proof of approvals and changes between contractor and client.
• To send alerts about your project.
• To protect the service from misuse and unauthorised access.

لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها للإعلان أو التسويق.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising or marketing.

٤. من يرى بياناتك4. Who can see your data

• مقاولك وفريقه: كل شركة ترى بيانات شركتها فقط، وكل عضو فريق يرى بحسب صلاحيته. موظف الموقع يرى المنازل المسندة إليه فقط.
• أنت كعميل: ترى منازلك فقط. وإن كان للمنزل أكثر من مالك فكل مالك يرى ذلك المنزل (صاحب الصلاحية الكاملة «النقطة المحورية» والبقية للعرض فقط).
• الزائر بدون حساب: لا يرى شيئاً، عدا صفحة التحقق من شهادة موافقة عبر رابطها الخاص، وصفحة الموافقة برمزها الخاص.
• المشرفون المعتمدون (Spacetech-KW): يستطيعون الاطلاع على المحتوى (للقراءة فقط) من لوحة المشرف لأغراض الأمان ومكافحة الإساءة والمراقبة والالتزامات القانونية. كل اطلاع يُسجَّل في سجل لا يمكن لأحد تعديله أو حذفه.

• Your contractor and his team: every company sees only its own data, and each team member sees what his role allows. Site staff see only the houses assigned to them.
• You as a client: you see your own houses only. When a house has more than one owner, each owner sees that house (the focal point can act, the others can only view).
• A visitor without an account: sees nothing, except the certificate page of an approval through its private link and the approval page through its private code.
• Authorised administrators (Spacetech-KW): can read content (read-only) in the administrator console for security, abuse handling, monitoring and legal duties. Every access is logged in a record that nobody can edit or delete.

٥. الجهات التي تعالج البيانات نيابةً عنا5. Service providers that process data for us

نلتزم بنقل البيانات عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS). وبما أن الخوادم خارج الكويت فبياناتك تُنقل وتُخزَّن في الهند.

Data travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Because the servers are outside Kuwait, your data is transferred to and stored in India.

٦. الأمان6. Security

• كل الاتصالات مشفّرة، وكلمات المرور مخزّنة بشكل مشفّر لا يمكن قراءته.
• عزل كامل بين الشركات على مستوى قاعدة البيانات؛ لا تستطيع شركة قراءة بيانات شركة أخرى.
• الملفات الخاصة (الهوية والعقود والمستندات) لا تُفتح إلا بروابط مؤقتة بعد التحقق من صلاحيتك.
• فحص الملفات: كل ملف يُرفع يُفحص على الخادم قبل أن يراه أحد: نوعه الحقيقي من محتواه، ومنع ملفات PDF التي تحتوي على أكواد أو إجراءات، ومنع المستندات التي تحتوي على وحدات ماكرو، ومنع البرامج المخفية. الملف المرفوض يُحذف.
• صلاحيات حسب الدور (مالك، مدير، مهندس، محاسب، سكرتير، موظف موقع، عميل).
• سجل موافقات مختوم، وحذف الحساب متاح من داخل التطبيق.

• All traffic is encrypted, and passwords are stored scrambled so they cannot be read.
• Companies are fully separated inside the database; one company can not read another company's data.
• Private files (ID, contracts, documents) open only through short-lived links after your permission is checked.
• File checks: every uploaded file is checked on the server before anyone else can open it: its real type from its content, PDFs with scripts or actions are refused, documents with macros are refused, hidden programs are refused. A refused file is deleted.
• Permissions by role (owner, manager, engineer, accountant, secretary, site staff, client).
• A sealed approval record, and account deletion from inside the app.

لا يوجد نظام آمن بنسبة ١٠٠٪. إن اكتشفت مشكلة أمنية فأخبرنا فوراً (انظر «اتصل بنا»).

No system is 100% safe. If you find a security problem, please tell us right away (see "Contact").

٧. مدة الاحتفاظ والحذف7. How long we keep data, and deleting it

نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك قائماً. يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من التطبيق: المزيد ← حذف حسابي، أو من صفحة حذف الحساب. عند الحذف:

We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time in the app: More → Delete my account, or from the delete account page. When you delete:

• يُحذف تسجيل دخولك واسمك وهاتفك وصورتك وبيانات هويتك وملاحظاتك الخاصة وتنبيهاتك فوراً.
• الرسائل والتعليقات التي كتبتها داخل شركة تبقى هناك بدون اسمك، لأنها جزء من سجل مشروع المقاول.
• بطاقة العميل لدى المقاول (اسمه ومنازله) تبقى سجلاً للمقاول، ويُفصل عنها حسابك.
• إذا كنت مالك شركة فحذف حسابك يحذف الشركة وكل بياناتها وملفاتها نهائياً، وسنحذّرك قبل ذلك.
• النسخ الاحتياطية التقنية، إن وُجدت، تُستبدل خلال ٣٠ يوماً.

• Your login, name, phone, photo, ID details, private notes and alerts are deleted at once.
• Messages and comments you wrote inside a company stay there without your name, because they are part of the contractor's project record.
• The contractor's client card (name and houses) stays as the contractor's record; your account is separated from it.
• If you own a company, deleting your account permanently deletes the company with all its data and files. We warn you first.
• Technical backups, where they exist, are overwritten within 30 days.

٨. حقوقك8. Your rights

يحق لك الاطلاع على بياناتك وتصحيحها (من داخل التطبيق) وطلب نسخة منها وحذفها، والاعتراض على استخدامها. اكتب لنا من رقم الهاتف أو البريد المسجّل في حسابك وسنردّ خلال ٣٠ يوماً.

You may see and correct your data (inside the app), ask for a copy, ask for it to be deleted, and object to its use. Write to us from the phone number or e-mail on your account and we answer within 30 days.

٩. الأطفال9. Children

التطبيق لمن عمره ١٨ سنة فأكثر، ولا نجمع بيانات الأطفال عن علم.

The app is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

١٠. التغييرات10. Changes

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة. نكتب تاريخ آخر تحديث في أعلى الصفحة، وإن كان التغيير مهماً أخبرناك داخل التطبيق.

We may update this policy. The date of the last update is at the top, and for an important change we tell you inside the app.
