الطريقة الأسرع: من داخل التطبيقThe fastest way: inside the app
- افتح «مقاولون» (التطبيق أو الموقع) وسجّل الدخول.
- اضغط المزيد في الشريط السفلي.
- انزل إلى حذف حسابي واضغط عليه.
- اقرأ ما سيُحذف، واكتب كلمة حذف للتأكيد، ثم اضغط «احذف حسابي نهائياً».
- Open Moqawelon (the app or the website) and sign in.
- Tap More in the bottom bar.
- Scroll to Delete my account and tap it.
- Read what will be deleted, type the word DELETE to confirm, then tap "Delete my account for good".
يتم الحذف فوراً.
The deletion happens at once.
ما الذي يُحذفWhat is deleted
- تسجيل دخولك (البريد وكلمة المرور) واسمك وهاتفك وصورتك الشخصية.
- بيانات هويتك (الرقم المدني وصور البطاقة) إن كنت عميلاً.
- ملاحظاتك الخاصة وتنبيهاتك وتقييماتك وربط حسابك بأي شركة.
- إن كنت مالك شركة: الشركة كلها مع منازلها وعملائها وملفاتها ودفعاتها ومحادثاتها وفريقها. يطلب التطبيق منك تأكيداً إضافياً قبل ذلك.
- Your login (e-mail and password), name, phone and profile photo.
- Your ID details (civil ID number and card photos) if you are a client.
- Your private notes, alerts, reviews and the link between your account and any company.
- If you are a company owner: the whole company with its houses, clients, files, payments, chats and team. The app asks you to confirm this separately.
ما الذي يبقىWhat stays
- الرسائل والتعليقات التي كتبتها داخل شركة مقاول تبقى هناك بدون اسمك، لأنها جزء من سجل المشروع.
- بطاقة العميل التي أنشأها المقاول (الاسم والمنازل) تبقى سجلاً لدى المقاول، ولا يبقى حسابك مرتبطاً بها.
- النسخ الاحتياطية التقنية، إن وُجدت، تُستبدل خلال ٣٠ يوماً.
- Messages and comments you wrote inside a contractor's company stay there without your name, because they are part of the project record.
- The client card the contractor created (name and houses) stays as the contractor's record; your account is no longer linked to it.
- Technical backups, where they exist, are overwritten within 30 days.

راسلنا على واتساب من رقم الهاتف المسجّل في حسابك، واذكر البريد الإلكتروني للحساب، وسنتحقق منك ونحذف الحساب والبيانات خلال ٣٠ يوماً:

الحذف نهائي ولا يمكن التراجع عنه. احتفظ بنسخة من مستنداتك المهمة قبل الحذف (يمكنك تحميل الصور من المعرض وكشف الحساب PDF من التطبيق).
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Keep a copy of your important documents first (you can download photos from the gallery and the PDF statement from the app).
